We are pleased
to announce selection of the 2007 Top Drivers of the Year
has been completed. The drivers being honored this year

Albrey
Howard is our GSO 2007 Top Driver
Albrey has been with MCA for 21 years
He enjoys the freedom that driving gives you. Watching everybody
pass and wonder where they are going, to work, home, vacation,
etc. Just watching this ever day life play out on the highway.
In his spare time he likes to spend time with
his family, go fishing, to church, and loves the beach. Just
being there, looking at and hearing the ocean.
He
and his wife have 2 children, one son, 19 and a daughter,
23. He is a pastor who loves God, his children, and life.

Alvin
Johnson is our 2007 Dallas Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 9 years; enjoying
the people he works with and that you can change your run
every year.
He
likes to hang out with friends, having cook outs, traveling
out of town, and most of all going to church. |

Bruce
White is our JAX 2007 Top Driver
He has been with
MCA for 8 years; enjoys seeing different places and meeting
new people
When
he isn’t working, he likes to spend time with his family.

Daniel
Van Dyke is our CIN 2007 Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 10 years. He says
he enjoys working for MCA. It’s a good company with
good people.
He
enjoys bowling and golf. Likes spending time in Branson, MO.

Eddie
Warren is our ATL 2007 Top Driver
Eddie has been with MCA for 24 years
What he likes best at MCA is the flexible
scheduling and the pay scale. He loves to dance and being
with people who also like adventure.
He
is a car enthusiast who also enjoys racing, all kinds.

Excell
Blanchard is our WMP 2007 Top Driver
He
has been with MCA for 8 ½ years now; enjoys working
for MCA over being an owner operator.
He
has been driving for over 37 years, which he says takes determination;
keep your mind on your work and no distractions.
In
his spare time he likes to read a lot of Zohar and spending
time with his family. |

Freddie
Tolbert is our HBG 2007 Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 7 years, running HCR#17091
The best
things he likes about working at MCA are Management, driving
good equipment, and getting to be home with his family every
day.
He spends time with his family when he isn’t working
and attends church as well.

Henry
Russell is our DSM 2007 Top Driver
He will reach his 9th year with MCA in April
2009
He enjoys working a 4 day work week and not having to load
or unload his mail or freight.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and riding
his full dress motorcycle.
He has been married for 41 years, with 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Before
coming to MCA he spent several years in Law enforcement as
a Nebraska State Trooper, deputy sheriff and as a county sheriff.
He is also a Vietnam Veteran.

Milan Kruse is our SFL 2007 Top Driver
He
has been with MCA for 28 years; enjoying the people he works
with and meets.
When not
at work, he enjoys riding bicycles, wood working, and family
get togethers. |

Larry
Gill is our STL 2007 Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 5 years now; enjoys
driving and the different cities and changing scenery.
He likes to fish, hunt, and do woodworking
in his spare time.
He has been married for 43 years with 2 children and a new
beautiful grandson.

Tommy
Higgins is our Kansas City 2007 Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 9 years.
He enjoys the people he works with, everyone
makes you feel important or the job you do.
When he isn’t spending time with his
5 children and 1 grandchild, he likes to go on canoe trips.

Wayne
Salvo is our OMH 2007 Top Driver
He has been with MCA for 11 years; enjoy having
contact with the people and talking with them.
In his spare time he likes to fish and spend
time with his 4 grandchildren. He has been married for 46
years.

| These
drivers were nominated for Top Driver based on their safe
driving record and professionalism while performing their
duties. They exemplify the MCA spirit of reliability and willingness
to go beyond the call of duty.
To be eligible for nomination for Top Driver of the Year,
a full-time regular driver must work at least 1,560 hours
during the year of nomination and not be disqualified from
the Safe Driving Awards for the year. In addition, a driver
must not have any other disqualifying event such as an unexcused
hours of service violation, chargeable 5500, written discipline
or Department of Transportation disqualification.
For their efforts,
Top Drivers receive 20,000 awards program points, a personalized
MCA jacket, a $100 gift certificate and a plaque and certificate
recognizing him or her at the Top Driver for the respective
terminal. Nominees receive 15,000 award program points as
well.
MCA is proud of these drivers whose dedication and hard work
has earned them honors as the Top Driver of their terminal.
