Richard C. Clair

President & Chief Executive Officer

Rich Clair brings more than 30 years of financial, transportation and logistics experience to his role as President and CEO. Rich held several executive positions with Ryder and was President & COO of First Transit, a major player in the contract passenger transportation services market. Rich graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA, and received his masters degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.


David R. Bachman

General Counsel, Sr. Vice President, and Board Secretary

David Bachman is MCA’s primary representative with the USPS and labor relations executive with 15+ years experience in contract negotiations, labor, and employment litigation. David provides executive leadership to MCA’s Contracts, Human Resources and Legal Departments. David received a BS in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas, and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. David was previously employed with the law firm of Southern, Allen and James. He is a licensed attorney in Arkansas and member of the Arkansas Bar Association.


Riley B. Peavy

Vice President of Employee Relations

Riley Peavy has been with MCA for over 34 years and started his career as a driver manager. Riley owned and operated a small mail-contracting business that was acquired by MCA in 1975, and since that time, MCA has relied on Riley’s operational abilities to manage the integration of several other acquisitions. As Vice President of Employee Relations, MCA continues to utilize Riley’s expertise for addressing operational issues and for staying tuned in to the pulse of our workforce.


Bruce Wrinkle

Director of Safety

Bruce started his career in transportation as a professional driver with J.B. Hunt, logging nearly 1 million safe driving miles before advancing to J.B. Hunt’s Assistant Director of Safety. Since that time, Bruce has directed safety departments at three other transportation companies over the past 12 years most recently as Director of Safety at TSD Transportation for a little over a year until the company was sold and Southern Refrigerated Transport, Inc. for 7 years. Bruce has experience with numerous FMCSA audits and all resulted in Satisfactory ratings with no fines or penalties. Bruce has also helped companies significantly reduce collisions and driver/equipment out of service events.


Robert R. Bob Mitchell
Vice President, Operations

Bob Mitchell brings over 30 years of sales and operational experience to MCA as Vice President of Operations. He held several upper-level management positions with National Freight, Inc., and was instrumental in National Freight’s southeast region growth. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Bob will lead the operations team for both USPS Terminal Operations and Dedicated Contract Services.


Eric Dilley
Director of Operations

Eric Dilley brings over 10 years of operational experience to MCA as Director of Operations. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Houston. He held several management positions with Cardinal Logistics and was instrumental in Cardinal’s Northeast region growth. In his role as Director of Operations, Eric will lead the operations team for both USPS Terminal Operations and Dedicated Contract Services.


Tina Scott
Director of Human Resources

Tina Scott brings many years of Human Resources experience to her role as Human Resources Director. She quickly rose through the ranks since joining MCA in April 2000 and has led the Human Resources Department in initiatives to enhance the organization as a whole. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management at CBC. Tina also is a Certified Professional in Human Resources.


Sheila McDonald
Director of Legal Affairs

Sheila McDonald brings more than 20 years of legal experience in the areas of contract negotiations, labor, and employment litigation. Sheila received a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from Boston University School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Prior to MCA, Sheila held the position of Deputy Attorney General for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office as well as provided consulting services in the sports and entertainment industry. She is a licensed attorney in Arkansas and member of the Arkansas Bar Association.


Janice Hull
Chief Accounting Officer and Controller

Janice Hull has more than 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance. Since joining MCA in April, 2000, Janice has led many company initiatives in the Accounting and Information Systems areas. Janice graduated from Henderson State University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Prior to joining MCA she held controller and managerial positions with several firms in the service industry.
